Members

For member exhibitions held in February, March, May, August, September & November – $5 per artwork. No limit on number, however, more than 4 entries are not guaranteed a place in the exhibition. Popular vote prizes of $100 and $50 apply.

For “open” exhibitions which have an award or prize, $5 per entry up to maximum of 3 entries per artist.

The weight of the artwork must be able to be supported by the hanging system in the gallery as deemed by the hanging committee. Applies to the following exhibitions: Four Mediums (April), Print & Drawing (July). 

Members annual exhibition (October): $5 per artwork. A maximum of 2 entries per artist. No size restriction.The weight of the artwork must be able to be supported by the hanging system in the gallery as deemed by the hanging committee.

Members pay 25% commission on sales of their work.

NOTE: New members will need to have been a member for 3 months prior to being eligible for an award in a member exhibition, however they may still enter work to exhibit and for sale. 

NOTE: Additional payment for work larger than one metre: members: $5 extra
Diptych artworks: members: a minimum of $10
Triptych artworks: members: a minimum of $15

Non-Members

Fees are $10 per artwork. Limit of 2 per exhibition. There are 3 exhibitions which non-members may enter – Four Mediums in April, Young @Art in June and Print & Drawing in July.

Non-members pay 35% commission on sales of their work unless otherwise stated on the exhibition entry form.

“Open” awarded exhibitions are open to anyone to enter – non-members and members (regardless of how long they have been a member).

Artworks which are wet, are not properly strung and ready to be hung, or are otherwise considered inappropriate to hang, are decided at the discretion of the hanging committee.

NOTE: Additional payment for work larger than one metre: $10 extra
Diptych artworks: members: a minimum of $20
Triptych artworks: members: a minimum of $30
